These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the pressures of modern life and first-hand understanding of the coping mechanisms people often develop to navigate stress, uncertainty, lack of meaning, and emotional pain.
I approach my work with humility, recognizing that growth is an ongoing process. I remain committed to continuously learning and refining my understanding.

We will also examine how subconscious patterns influence behavior and outcomes, working to align your actions with your core values and aspirations.
