    I have a background in various disciplines, environments and industries, having engaged extensively with those on the fringes of society and those who occupy space at its center. 

    Society is a summation and collective expression of our individual psychologies. 

    Divided selves create a divided world.

    Integration requires compassion, honest reflection, commitment and new frames of understanding for ourselves and the world around us.

    What are the best tools and practices to support this process?
    What does it mean to be human?
    What are the mechanisisms of external reality and of our internal realities?
    How do they interact and inform each other?

    Our external experience for many, is to a large degree a reflection of our internal realities and the choices we make therein.
